Our Youth Summer Training Program is designed to help young female athletes elevate their fitness and performance. Trained by experienced female coaches, participants will be assessed and grouped according to their ability and exercise knowledge, ensuring a supportive and empowering environment.

Program Details
Age Group: 12 to 18 years
Program Duration: 8 weeks
Start Date: June 24, 2024
End Date: August 12, 2024
Sessions: Twice a week
Session Times: Between 10 AM and 2 PM
Groups: Maximum of 8 athletes per group

Punch Card (10 sessions): $250
Full 8 Weeks (16 sessions): $320
